I'm not even going to try to remember what I ate yesterday, and I drank quite a bit of vodka and wine, so its sort of a hopeless cause. Had a great time with my friends though!
Did the stretching video today. It was pleasant stretch, a little long though.
The tops of my shoulders are a little sore from the Kenpo, but my leg feels a lot better.
Maybe it was the vodka. :)
At the end of next week I'll do another weigh in. I'm sort of afraid to do it here because the scales are different. Also, between this weeks soreness and period I know its not really worth it.
No matter what I'm going to hang in for the next three weeks.
