And Again

Did Cardio.

The tiredness persists.
I'm with a computer that wot type the letter betwee 'b' ad 'm' o the keyboard... ca you guess what it is? just pretend I'm stuffed up from the flu, or Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
Ayway, some of it is certaily period related, ad 4pm ish is usually my slump time ayway. I thik I'm goig to take it easy ad skip pm yoga just for today. Its easier for me to puch myself... have such a hard time backing off exercise whe I get ito it ad startig it whe I'm ot. I eed to work o moderatig myself better.

I did, however, do some homework at "work" (ad I use that loosely) today. So thats oe poit to me for good habits.

I'm literqally agoizig over ot goig to yoga eve though I kow I totally should't. I really get addicted to thigs like that.

... hmph.

Otherwise, I've bee tryig to eat more, but so far it has bee a little spotty. Part of this is because I am a broke joke, ad part of it is that most of the cheap, readily abailible food aroud campus is of the bread variety. ot that there is aythig wrog with that... I loved my whole grai bagel (but ot so much the stale tastig peaut butter!). Its fuy, the more I eat the hugrier I am... I guess that I WAS hugry ad my poor body just despaired of gettig aythig.

I ca tell you though, I thik there is some serious builtig goig o i my body. I'll have to take a picture ad measuremets at the ed of this week... (my real rest week).

Also... I fially made that baaa (wow- totally indecipherable, thaks keyboard) (a sweet, phallic, tropical fruit) ice "cream" last ight. I liked it pretty well... it would be REAL good with coconut milk, but I'll stick to dribblig just a tad of fudge o it ad callig it my dessert.

Otherwise... enjoy the (omigosh, a "n"! ad aother!) cute baby pitbull puppies that the El Mejor Pistolero isists will tear my face off should I ever get oe, ad also the Portugese Water Dog that I also wat. I'm just a budle of dog-wats.

So like yesterday, I went a bit over my Daily-Plate allotment of calories, but I'm not to worried about it. Partially because if it weren't for the bagel I'd be several hundred calories under, partially because I think my shepherds pie is under what Daily Plate thinks it is, partially because its not really that much, and partially because the nutrition tools basically tell me that I rock.
